This Thanksgiving, one of the things we are grateful for is our precious little son, Spurgeon Elliot. Knowing how much we love our son already only amazes us all the more that God gave His only Son, Jesus Christ to redeem mankind. We are so thankful for His love and forgiveness extended to all of us. This Thanksgiving we are so happy to be parents! Children are a blessing from the Lord. As we are embarking on this journey of parenthood, we appreciate all of your prayers. We pray that God would give us the wisdom to be good parents. From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!

Here is another baby that favors James, Jessa's brother here in this pic, he is so beautiful. Kind of makes me think of Israel as well, Isareal looks just like James as well....Proud of you Jessa and Ben!!!

Hey Ben and jessa I love watching the show and seeing your journey . I myself am catholic and I just love how you guys talk about god . I have been wanting to get closer to god myself. Also congrats on your baby he is beautiful hope you guys are doing great just wanted to leave you guys a comment.

I am so happy for the new parents. I have watched Jessa grow up on her families show on TLC and she's always been one of my favorite Duggar's so I am so excited, almost like I was with my own children growing up and starting their families, to see her starting motherhood. I know she will be a wonderful Mom. Jessa, you have one perfect little gift there and I know you will do great in loving him and in being a wonderful little Mom! Congratulations to you and your husband on becoming parents, your little man is so beautiful and perfect! Cherish him and you can't go wrong! Love you all!!

The baby is beautiful. Ben you need to take your little family away and both of you need to enter school and find a career before the next baby. People do it all the time and it's hard but you will look back and be proud. They are YOUR family now.
